What You’ll Own
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition (Core Focus)
End-to-end hiring for:
Event & Project Managers
Production & Operations teams
Creative & Design roles
Sales & Client Servicing
Strong understanding of event-specific skill sets and on-ground realities
Build reliable hiring pipelines through:
Industry networks
Referrals
Freelancer-to-full-time conversions
Focus on quality hiring & cultural fit, not bulk recruitment
People, Culture & Engagement
Build and strengthen company culture & values
Drive ownership, accountability, and professionalism
Design impactful onboarding experiences
Improve team morale, retention, and engagement
Act as a trusted bridge between leadership and teams
