1. Cancellation Timeframes

1.1 Full Refund

Cancellations made 60 days or more before the scheduled event will be eligible for a full refund.

1.2 Partial Refund

Cancellations made within 45 days of the event may be subject to a cancellation fee, and a partial refund will be issued. The specific fee will be communicated to you upon cancellation.

1.3 No Refund

Cancellations made within 44 days of the event may not be eligible for a refund.

2. Cancellation Process

2.1 Notification

To initiate a cancellation, please notify us as soon as possible by contacting our customer service team at Info@goldfeatherevents.in or info@goldfeatherevents.in. Please provide your Purchase order number and the reason for the cancellation.

2.2 Refund Process

Once the cancellation is confirmed, and if applicable, a refund will be processed. The refund amount and processing time will be within 30 days.

3. Force Majeure

In the event of circumstances beyond our control, such as natural disasters, extreme weather conditions, or other force majeure events, Gold Feather Events Pvt. Ltd. reserves the right to cancel or reschedule the event. In such cases, we will work with you to find a suitable solution, which may include rescheduling or providing a credit for future services.
